To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint
Kindly write us the mail at regarding your complaint/return with complete details of complaint (reason must be genuine) Name, address, Contact number & email id. You may return the product only after you receive confirmation from our end.

2. Product return
When filing a complaint, Please return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of product.

3. How to return the Product

Return of the goods

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is sent by you then we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
