Return Policy –

Ethni’ks Neu-Ron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or through our website’s contact form to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have received your RAN, please carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Before processing your return, our Quality Control team will check the item to ensure it is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. To help expedite the process, please include a fresh photograph of the item you are returning, along with your proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, etc.). Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective.
